Peng is the founder of Li Law Group LLC, an Omaha law firm, providing legal services in Civil Litigation, Immigration Law, and Family Law.

Prior to founding his firm, Peng worked for the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Public Guardian as a Public Guardian Associate Attorney. Peng received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska Omaha, M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and J.D. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law. During his law school, Peng clerked for the Nebraska Department of Labor and UNL Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.

With over a decade of experience, Faisal has had the pleasure of working with clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in preparing and prosecuting patent applications for electronics, machinery, tools, medical devices, optics, software, and mobile applications.

Faisal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska (2009) and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law (2012). Faisal is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is also admitted to the Nebraska Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska
