Class IA Felony Life Imprisonment


Class IB Felony 20-Life Imprisonment


Class IC Felony 5-50 Years


Class ID Felony 3-50 Years


Class II Felony 1-50 Years


Class IIA Felony 0-20 Years


Class III Felony 0-4 Years (9 -24 months post release supervision)

$0-$25,000 or Both


Class IIIA Felony 0-3 Years (9 - 18 months post release supervision)

$0-$10,000 or Both


Class IV Felony 0-2 years (0-12 months post release supervision)

$0-$10,000 or Both

Under Nebraska Revised Statute 28-105(4) persons convicted of Class II & Class IA-D Felonies are not eligible for probation.
