1st Conviction 7-60 days $500 6 months
2nd Conviction 30 days – 6 months $500 18 months
3rd Conviction 90 days – 1 year $1000 15 years
4th Conviction ( Felony III A) 180 days – 3 years $0-$1000 15 years & 9-18 post release supervision
